A courtesy call will be provided at around 9:00pm if you have not yet checked in. If the guest did not call and receive your instructions, this is the customers responsibility, there will be a charge for late cancellation fee under our policy (first two nights stay).
We pre-authorize guest cards on file up to 48-hours in advance to guests stay to ensure funds and guard against the cancellation of rooms.
All reservations with more than 3 separate rooms needs to paycharges up front with no changes or refunds.
