Desert Springs Villas 1 is a part of a 400-acre resort with 2 golf courses. The resort has a fitness center and a 24-hour front desk. A major attraction of the Desert Springs Villas resort is the luxurious JW Marriott hotel located within the same 400-acre site separated from Desert Springs Villas by a golf course fairway of one of the two golf courses.
Desert Springs Villa 1 guests have limited privileges at the hotel with its sauna, tennis courts and its gigantic pool. The hotel, which provides evening entertainment, has an indoor-outdoor lake with boats that can transport you to the hotels many shops and restaurants.
There is a free shuttle bus that runs constantly between the resort and the hotel. Additionally, the resort provides conveniently-located free covered parking.
This property is available on both weekends of the Coachella Valley Music festival. The two-weekend festival is held every year on the 2nd and 3rd weekends of April.
The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.
(1) In the Property Description section, it is imperative that you mention that a JW Marriott hotel is located on the 400-acre site. Also mention that the shuttle bus goes back and forth constantly from the Desert Springs Villas and the hotel.
(2) You should also mention the number of restaurants that are in or accessible from the hotel along with its shops.
(3) In the 2nd paragraph of Property Description, the evening entertainment primarily takes place at the hotel, not at the DSV resort.
(4) The 2nd paragraph also needs to mention that in addition to golf, there are also tennis courts at the hotel site.
(5) Other than the Studio unit, the other 3 1-bedrooms areKing suites and arethe same. Please use the King suite description for3 of those units.
(6)one-bedroom units have full WasherDryer units, theyhave fireplaces (in the living rooms) and theyhave 2 flat-screen TVs - a large one in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom.
(7) In the 1st paragraph, you need to put the distances in miles as well as in kms. You also need to mention that it is a short 6 or 7 minute drive from the resort to downtown palm Desert with its many restaurants, chic shops and nighttime entertainment including dancing.
(8) VERY IMPORTANT: For the King Suite -1 unit, (410-417) the property is available for the FIRST weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival AND for the King Suite - 2 unit, (417-424) the property is available for the SECOND weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival.
*The Queen studio can be booked in tandem with the adjoining King suite resulting in a two bedroom unit.
