Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 andor eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner andor Company.

-For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

-All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
