The Cove Oasis - La Quinta

1. Outdoor Quiet Hours is between 9PM - 8AM on weekdays and 10pm-8am on weekends, during which no outdoor speakers or noise amplification is allowed, even if it is coming from inside the home.

2. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25day for spa heating and $75day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. If you decide to heat the pool we require a minimum of 3 days pool heating due to rising gas costs.

3. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

5. Payment Terms: 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, the entire reservation amount is due upfront.

6. Cancellations: For cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount minus any payment processing fees. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
