During the winter months, depending on the weather and high tides, guests may notice that we sometimes have less beach. Due to an unsafe sea wall condition, we have no beach access on the property and we strongly recommend you use an alternative beach access within walking distance.
Limited beach access is likely due to shoreline changes in front of the Valley Isle.
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
