4) Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a fee.
5) No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6) Lockouts & lost keys - A lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a replacement fee each.
7) Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please checkdrawers and closets before departure.
